What is build-to-operate?
It’s a build-operate-transfer partnership: we recruit, stand up and run a dedicated team or function for you, then transfer full ownership — the people, processes and IP — when you’re ready to take it in-house.
Do I have to take ownership?
Only if and when you want to. Many partners run in “operate” mode indefinitely; transfer is an option you exercise on your timeline, not an obligation.
How is this different from staffing?
Staffing embeds individual hires into your existing team. Build-to-Operate stands up and runs a whole function — management, processes and all — designed from the start to become yours.
How does the transfer actually work?
We plan it up front: the team, documented processes and IP transfer to your ownership on agreed terms, with a handover period so nothing drops. You inherit a running operation, not a standing start.
How long does it take to stand up?
It depends on size and complexity, but because we recruit from an established Cebu talent base and already run the infrastructure, it’s far faster than building offshore from scratch.
